Dan joined Centrafuse as its CEO in May 2009. He has over 25 years experience in the Atlanta technology sector in various leadership roles with software and hardware companies in finance, business development and operations. Prior to joining Centrafuse, he served in C-level and senior positions at InteleHealth, coaXmedia, Applianceware, Digital Transmission Systems. He has also served as an entrepreneur in residence at the Advanced Technology Development Center (ATDC).
Dan has a BSBA in Accounting from Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, PA, and earned his MBA from Emory University in Atlanta, GA.
Steve Hung, VP of Engineering

Steve Hung joined Centrafuse in January 2011. He has over 15 years of leadership in advanced automotive product development, plus over seven years across two stints in the academic realm. His career has spanned roles in innovation, testing, technology strategy, education, and management. Prior to joining Centrafuse, he was with Auburn University, where he helped develop an instructional laboratory for embedded sensing, control, and actuation; Ford Motor Company, where he was the Ford Electronics lead control system and system integration engineer for Formula 1 traction control and subsequently architect for Ford’s data acquisition system for customer in-vehicle network monitoring and remote data retrieval; and Visteon Corporation, where he managed development of steering systems with embedded controls and of integrated climate, infotainment, and interior systems with advanced user interface functionalities. He is in transition to Centrafuse from the systems integration faculty at the Clemson University International Center for Automotive Research.
Steve has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and earned the MS and PhD degrees from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
David McGowan, Chief Architect, Founder

David founded Centrafuse in the summer of 2004 in San Diego, CA. In 2007 he moved Centrafuse to its current headquarters in Atlanta, GA. He has been in the software engineering field for over 10 years and has experience in embedded software development, client applications, database systems, and web based deployments. Prior to Centrafuse he was a software engineer at FNC, Inc, where he worked on one of the nation’s largest real estate databases for companies such as Bank of America, Wachovia, and Washington Mutual.
David has a BBA in Management Information Systems with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Mississippi.
Jim Mazurek, VP of Business Development

Mazurek joined Centrafuse in January 2010. He has more than 25 years of leadership experience in Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Program Management. Prior to joining Centrafuse, Mazurek held positions at Visteon that included Associate Director Marketing for the Climate Control Business Unit and Associate Director Global Advanced Strategy. Previously, he spent 17 years at Ford Motor Company in the Electronics Division, holding various position in Engineering Management, Business Planning and Program Management.
Mazurek has a BSBA in Mechanical Engineering from University of Michigan-Dearborn. He also holds MS from the University of Michigan Rackham graduate school and earned his MBA at Michigan State University.

Bill Henagan, Chairman

Bill Henagan is Chairman of Centrafuse and Managing Director of the investment and advisory firm Blueridge International. Centered on specific financial, trend and geographic criteria, Blueridge provides capital, capability and capacity for lower middle market and special situation companies around the Southeast. Over the years, Bill has served on many company and private boards that include Oversight Systems, SilverPop, Connecture, Servigistics, Mi8, Enterpulse and Vet Exchange. Bill is also the founder of the Atlanta Technology Angels, and previously worked at Deloitte & Touche and Texas Instruments.
Bill received a BE in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University and an MBA Finance & Accounting from Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
Don Courvisier
Don has been serving on the Centrafuse Board of Advisors since April of 2010, following a distinguished career in the automotive and consumer electronics industries. Don retired from Sony Electronics in June of 2009 where he served for 14 years as the Global VP/GM and as a Corporate Officer for the Sony Automotive Entertainment Solutions Group. Prior to Sony, Don spent 5 years with Harman Automotive as the Director of Global Marketing and 15 years with The General Electric Major Appliance Business group in various leadership positions.
Don has an undergraduate degree in English and an MBA in Economics and Marketing and is widely known in the automotive industry for his operational and leadership development expertise.
Sig Mosley
I. Sigmund Mosley, Jr. (“Sig”) is President of Imlay Investments, Inc., the personal investment company of John P. Imlay, Jr.
Sig serves on the board of directors of the several private companies, that include 2080 Media, Vocalocity, Digital Assent, Clearleap, Knowalgent, SilverPop, Tradex, Witness Systems. He is a director of The Imlay Foundation, Inc., GRA Venture Fund, Techbridge, the Entrepreneurs Foundation of the Southeast, Georgia Advanced Technology Ventures (GATV) and Technology Association of Georgia (TAG). Sig previously worked at Peat Marwick & Mitchell, and Management Science America, Inc.
Sig received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University.

Matt Maloney
As an advisor, Matt provides the company with guidance and resources regarding the very latest developments in user experience design and implementation.
Matt is the Associate dean, School of Film and Digital Media, and the Associate Chair of the Animation department, at the Savannah College of Art and Design in Atlanta. He is an independent filmmaker and freelance animator from outside Washington, D.C. His short films have screened in festivals in the United States, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
Matt holds both a B.F.A., M.F.A. from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
Bruce Walker, PhD
As an advisor, Bruce’s leadership at the Georgia Tech’s Sonification lab provides Centrafuse with access to the leading thinking and technology required to safely implement new communications technologies into a vehicle.
Bruce is an Associate Professor at Georgia Tech, with a joint appointment in the School of Psychology and the School of Interactive Computing. His interdisciplinary Sonification Lab studies the human-computer interaction (HCI) issues in non-traditional computing environments, ranging from mobile devices, to cockpits and vehicle displays, to multimodal interfaces in complex task environments. He is currently President of the International Community for Auditory Display (ICAD). Walker also leads the interdisciplinary GT Accessible Aquarium Project, seeking to make dynamic museum, zoo, and aquarium exhibits accessible to visitors with vision loss. Professor Walker teaches courses on Sensation and Perception, Engineering Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Auditory Interfaces, and Assistive Technology.
Bruce holds a BSc in Physics from McGill University, and a MS and PhD in Psychology (Human Factors) from Rice University. He has authored over 70 journal articles and conference papers, an has worked and consulted on projects for NASA, state and federal governments, private companies, and the military.
Latha Ravi
As an advisor, Latha provides Centrafuse with experience that bridges the auto industry and commercial software planning and implementation for multimedia.
Latha joined the Centrafuse Board of Advisors in May 2011. Latha has over 23 years experience working in executive and leadership roles in electronic product design, software engineering, automotive engineering, navigation and information technology. Latha worked for 7 years for Panasonic Automotive Systems, Atlanta, Georgia. She led their Technology organization as their former Chief Information Officer (CIO) and prior to that she led their U.S Software Engineering Center for Embedded Products.
Prior to Panasonic, Latha worked at Ford/Visteon Corporation for 11 years in their Multi-Media division leading, designing and launching cutting edge new technology solutions for automotive vehicles. Latha is passionate about bringing new user experiences into the vehicle with excellent software engineering and design quality.
Latha has an undergraduate degree in Electronics Engineering and MS in Computer Science and is widely known in the automotive industry for her product design leadership. She holds multiple U.S patents in the field of automotive multi-media design.
